Shipping: In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days, via Canada Post . The Post Office delivers some of our shipments in 10-15 days, but most take longer. Because the fur business is highly regulated, inspections by Fish & Game, Customs & Homeland Security often cause serious delays. That is why we ask for your patience in waiting 4-to-8 weeks for delivery.

We track all orders and require a signature on delivery. Thank you for your patience. Our customers say our products are worth the wait.

For our wholesale customers, alternate shipping is available via your customs broker, at additional expense.

Returns & Exchanges: Shipping both ways is at buyer's expense. To avoid having to exchange something that does not fit, please check your measurements against our size chart before ordering. Items returned for a refund (rather than an exchange) will incur a 15% re-stocking charge. NO REFUNDS on custom-ordered merchandise or on custom-order deposits. We will refuse orders returned C.O.D. or by courier.
